At this time, the issue that may have caused long delays and/or failure of MO MMS towards Landline numbers has been mitigated and traffic is flowing in real-time.

Zipwhip Operations has identified an issue causing MO MMS latency for Gateway customers. Customers may see a delay in receiving MO MMS messages to Landline numbers.

Our Team is currently working with the upstream provider to resolve.

We will update this Incident when more information becomes available.
