Update
We continue to experience SMS delivery failures when sending messages to Freedom network in Canada for a subset of Toll Free Numbers.
We continue to work with our provider and the carrier to resolve this issue. At this time we're unable to provide a resolution estimation. Further remediation of this issue is expected to take a few days and may carry over through this holiday weekend as many carriers observe limited staffing and periods of no engineering changes due to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday activities.
We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience with this issue.
