We are observing recovery in SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Altice Network in the US for a subset of Toll Free Numbers. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Due to sustained high traffic on the US carrier networks, we are currently experiencing SMS delivery delays to Altice Network in the US for Twilio Toll-Free numbers. Messages are queued due to capacity shortage, and customers may see delays when sending to certain US carriers.
We are actively working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue, and we will provide another update as soon as we have any new information to share.
