Zipwhip Operations has tested and confirmed that the issue regarding rejected messages towards Sprint appears resolved.
Customers should no longer be receiving a Rejected status towards Sprint destinations.

Our carrier partner has advised that they were able to deploy a fix and the issue should be resolved. Zipwhip Operations will monitor to ensure the proper functionality.

Zipwhip Operations is continuing to engage our carrier partner regarding intermittent MT message rejections to Sprint.
Customers may currently observe a rejected status for MT messages towards Sprint.

Zipwhip Operations has Identified an issue with Rejected Messages to Sprint.
Customers may receive a Rejected Status when sending messages to Sprint Destinations.
This issue has been escalated to the Carrier, and they've advised a fix will be put in place tonight. We will update this Incident when that's completed, or there's a change in Status.
