Zipwhip's datacenter provider will be performing maintenance affecting upstream network infrastructure in our westcoast (LYDC) datacenter.

SMPP customers connected over VPN may see VPN tunnels reset during the maintenance window. Engineers will be monitoring to ensure all tunnels and smpp binds re-connect.

Additionally, increased latency for a portion of SMS and MMS messages is possible during the maintenance window.

Start: 21:00 PDT 5/7/2021
End: 03:00 PDT 5/8/2021
